Operation

Before getting started

•  Read chapter “Safety” on page EN-4 and 

all the safety notices.

•  Install the exhaust hood as described in 

chapter (see “Assembly” on page EN-12).

Switch the device on

As soon as the appliance is supplied with 
power, it works in standby mode.
•  To switch on the device, touch the sensor 

 (20).

The sensor   (20) lights up. The sensor 

 (16) also lights up and the device works 

with the slow fan speed.

Changing the fan setting

The fan has three settings:   (16) slow,   (17) 
medium and   (18) fast.
•  In order to change the fan setting during 

operation, touch the sensor on the (other) 
desired fan setting.
The respective sensor and the sensor 

 (20) light up. The appliance works with 

the required fan setting.

Switching off the fan

To switch the appliance off, touch 
•  the sensor of the currently active fan set-

ting.
or

• the sensor   (20).

The sensor   (20) and the sensor for the 
current blower level go out. The device 
switches to standby mode.
