Before installing each blade, refer to the following and check the included options.

How to remove Switch Blade/GbE Pass-Thru Blade

Touch a metal part of the chassis to discharge static electricity.

Remove all LAN cables connected to the Switch Blade/GbE Pass-Thru Blade.

Remove the Switch Blade/GbE Pass-Thru Blade.

Grip and pull on the handle (1), pull the Switch

Blade/GbE Pass-Thru Blade towards you and

remove it (2) (The figure shows an example for

Switch Blade).
