2 Outlet Wall Tap with Wireless Charger
Wall Tap Instructions:
1. Plug the wall tap into a properly grounded outlet. Connecting this product to an improperly grounded
outlet will void all warranties.
2. The wall tap is now providing power.
3. Make sure electronic devices are turned off before plugging them in .
High Speed Wireless Charging:
- Check your phone manufacturer’s specifications to ensure your phone is capable of wireless charging
- Center your phone on the Wireless Charging Dock, laying on it’s side with the phone screen facing out
- A green indicator light will illuminate to let you know your phone is charging
- If a device is placed on the wireless charger that is not capable of wireless charging, or if the phone
is incorrectly placed, the indicator light will flash letting you know to remove or shift the device.
- If your device is not charging:
- Try charging without your phone case to ensure the case is not interrupting the charge
- Confirm the Wireless Charging Dock is plugged into a working outlet by trying the AC outlets
or USB outlets for output
- Move your phone slightly left or right to make sure the charging receptacle in your phone is centered
on the wireless charger
Warning:
Do not place metallic objects in between your phone and the Wireless Charging Dock and avoid
using cases that contain metal, as this can cause unnecessary heat and damage the phone or cause burns.

returned with proof of purchase, and it is deemed by Prime to be covered under the Limited Warranty, as
