with Wireless Remote Control
Congratulations and thank you for being a customer of Pretika! Before
using your Soft Spa, please take a moment to get to know your Soft
Spa® Bath Pillow and how it works. After you remove the clear poly bag,
you may notice a slight odor – this odor can be common and is
completely harmless. Allow the pillow to “air-out” and the odor will
dissipate after 24 hours.
How To Install or Replace Batteries
Wireless Remote Control requires 3 “AAA” batteries (not included). To
install or remove batteries:
1. Make sure Button is in the Off position.
2. Press Battery Compartment slide and pull
back gently to release cover.
3. Carefully pull out batteries (if replacing)
and insert 3 new “AAA” Alkaline Batteries.
Use the markings in the battery compart-
ment as a guide to position the (+) positive
or (-) negative end of each battery.
4. Replace Battery Compartment cover,
ensuring waterproof gasket is in place, by
placing cover within the tracks and press
cover
closed.
5. To avoid leakage, check the batteries regularly for deterioration.
Remove exhausted batteries and remove the batteries if the pillow is
not to be used for a long time.
6. Pillow will not work if batteries are not placed in unit correctly.
Pillow motor requires 4 “AAA” batteries (not
included). To install or remove batteries:
1. Carefully unzip compartment closure of
Micro-Fiber cover - open zipper slowly –
making sure that zipper tracks are free from
outer material and inner PVC cover material.
2. Make sure On/Off Button (red) is in the Off
(raised) position.
3. Remove waterproof battery compartment
from cavity inside pillow.
4. Open cover to battery compartment cover by turning counter clockwise.
5. Carefully pull out batteries (if replacing) and insert 4 new “AAA”
Alkaline Batteries. Use the markings in the battery compartment as
a guide to position the (+) positive or (-) negative end of each battery.
6. Replace Battery Compartment cover, ensuring waterproof gasket is
in place, by placing cover on compartment and turning clockwise.
Do not over tighten.
7. Place battery compartment inside pillow cavity and zip Micro-Fiber
cover closed. Close zipper slowly – making sure that zipper tracks
are free from outer material and inner PVC cover material.
8. To avoid leakage, check the batteries regularly for deterioration.
Remove exhausted batteries and remove the batteries if the pillow is
not to be used for a long time.
9. Pillow will not work if batteries are not placed in unit correctly.
It is our experience that if a product uses batteries, many of the problems
thought to be product defects are simply caused by weak batteries. To
save any unnecessary inconvenience and expense, we encourage you
to try replacement batteries before you return the product.
Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard
(carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries. To dispose of
alkaline batteries, place in the trash (normal municipal waste). Recycling
of batteries at your local recycling center is good for the environment.

To conserve batteries, turn off pillow and remote after use.
*If Pillow on/off button is not turned off after remote is turned off, pillow
will beep alarm. Turn pillow off to stop beep alarm
Safety
This bath pillow has been designed with your safety in mind. No
pillow can guarantee your safety. Please use caution when you bathe.
Follow these simple instructions:
• Wet bottom side suction cups before securing
• Press cushion firmly onto smooth, non porous surface, place against
the upper back wall of the tub to secure suction cups to surface
• To lift-up suction cup – gently lift each cup up one at a time – do
not pull-up on pillow
• After each use – allow cover to dry, remove pillow, rinse cover
thoroughly and hang dry
• Please be sure to use as directed.
• If pillow gets wet, simply remove from cover and allow sufficient
time for Micro-Fiber cover to dry completely before using again.
• The maximum weight capacity is 20 lbs. (9.0 kgs)
To Clean Micro-Fiber Cover
After each use, simply wash by hand and air dry. Machine washable,
delicate setting at warm temperature using mild detergent. Recommended
to air dry only – may tumble dry on delicate setting at a low temperature.
Warning
Suction cups will not securely attach to certain textured bathtub
surfaces - please test before use. Keep bath tub surface clean.
Caution: If you are using a pacemaker or are pregnant, consult a
physician before using this FCC certified wireless remote appliance.
The continued use of bath oils and other bath products may reduce the
Bath Pillow’s safety and appearance. Please use all safety precautions
when entering and exiting the bath tub. Children should be attended by
an adult while using. Bath Pillow is not to be used as a floatation
device. Caution - Makeup, Dyes, and some cleaning products may stain
pillow. Do not submerge Remote Control or Pillow in water. Do not
attempt to repair Pillow – there are no serviceable parts. For service, send
the Pillow to the Pretika address shown in the Warranty section.
Limited 90 Day Warranty
Warranted from date of purchase against defects in material and
workmanship. This warranty does not include damage to the product
as a result of misuse or accident. Some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how
long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not
apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also
have other rights, which vary, from state to state. Pretika Corporation shall not
be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of defects in
this product, whether or not caused by its negligence.
During Warranty Period with Proof of Purchase (store receipt)
Should your product become defective during the warranty period, package
the item securely and return it prepaid/insured – along with proof of purchase

To insure prompt repair, provide complete, legible name, address and phone
number information and a note indicating the nature of the product defect. We
will Repair or Replace (at our sole discretion) product at no charge.
Outside Warranty Period
Should your product become defective outside the warranty period – or you
do not have store receipt, package the item securely and return it
prepaid/insured along with a check or money order payable to Pretika
Corporation in the amount of $40.00 to cover handling and postage charges.
