The indicator is on, but
the compressor does
not work and buzzes

The compressor stops
a minute after starting,

minutes repeatedly.

The compressor works
normally, but the
temperature inside the
cabinet goes down too
slowly.
The door is opened too
frequently. Reduce door opening
times.
There is too much food
inside the cabinet
And/ or it is improperly
placed. Place foods properly
keeping space
between them for
ventilation of cold air.
The frost film is too thick.
Take out the food and
defrost the freezer.
The surface of the
condenser is too dirty. Stop and clean the
condenser.
The door is not sealing. Adjust the door seal.
The noise is too loud
The freezer not level. Level the freezer.
The freezer door is
loose.
Tighten the door.
There is contact
between the back pipes
and the exterior walls.
Separate the pipes
from the exterior walls.

When the freezer is working or after is stops for a while, the refrigerant in the
pipes is cycling and produces “running water” sounds.

The back side of the freezer gives out heat.

In rainy season, the outer surface of the cabinet may have dew, which is not
a defect on normal use. Just dry it with a piece of cloth.
