Symptom

Relay and status LED do not

1. Relay action in
Setup
menu
2. Set and reset points
Flashing relay status LEDs
Relays in manual control mode or relay interlock switches
opened.
Meter not communicating with
application programs
Check:
1. Serial adapter and cable
2. Serial settings
3. Meter address and baud rate
If the display locks up or the meter
does not respond at all
Cycle the power to reboot the
microprocessor.

Note: Certain sequences of events can cause unexpected results. To solve these issues, it is best to start
fresh from factory defaults and map changes ahead of time, rather than at random.
Service
WARNINGS
•
Installation and service should be performed only by trained service
personnel. Service requiring replacement of internal sub-components
must be performed at the factory.
•
Disconnect from supply before opening enclosure. Keep cover tight
while circuits are alive. Conduit seals must be installed within 18"
(450mm) of the enclosure.
•
Verify that the operating atmosphere of the instrument is consistent
with the appropriate hazardous locations certifications.
•
If the instrument is installed in a high voltage environment and a fault
or installation error occurs, high voltage may be present on any lead
•
Read all product labels completely and follow all instructions and
requirements listed on the labels for installation or service.
If the enclosure is sound and undamaged, then only the internal electronics housing will need to be re-
turned to the factory for service. Contact the factory for RMA number and return instructions.
