4. led display (operatinG modes)
The display is on the rear of the casing blow the rivet mandrel container. The
following signals can be output during operation:
LED illuminates brief-
ly, red and green
Functional test after
installing the battery
and pressing the
start button
LED blinks green
Pressure switch must
be released prior to
every placement
process
Release the pressure
switch; a new rivet-
ing process can be
started
LED blinks orange
Battery almost
empty,
work can continue
Replace or charge
battery
LED illuminates red
Fault: The riveting
device is defective; it
no longer functions
Contact the manu-

LED rapidly blinks red Fault: Overcurrent
due to an excessive
mandrel breaking
load or the device
has overheated

Maintain tension unit
and let the device
cool down.

When you connect the battery for the first time, it must be at least 40% full or
the display will indicate it is empty.
