How to use the demolition hammer

1.

After placing the tip of the tool on concrete surface, switch ON.

2.

By utilizing the weight of the machine and by firmly holding the demolition hammer with
both hands, one can effectively control the subsequent recoil motion.

3.

Proceed at a moderate work-rate, the use of too much force will impair efficiency.

CAUTION After long time of use, the cylinder case becomes hot. Therefore,
be careful not to burn your hands.

WARNING  Don’t  apply  big  pressure  to  the  machine.  The  hammer
mechanism is activated by applying a slight pressure on the tool when the
chisel bit is in contact with the work-piece.

9  LUBRICATION - OIL LEVEL

Check the oil level before using the machine.
The oil should be changed after around 40-50 hours of use.
Recommended oil: 25ml SAE 15W/40 or an alternative of the same quality.

9.1

Oil change

Before feeding oil, use the provided wrench to remove the oil gauge (4).  Be careful not to
lose the rubber packing attached below the oil gauge.

Check the oil level once daily, confirming that oil us filled.

After feeding oil, securely clamp the oil gauge

Important:  The waste  oil must be disposed of  in  the appropriate  collection
point for waste oil.

10 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Attention  !Before  performing  any  work  on  the  equipment,  pull  the  power
plug.

10.1

Cleaning

Keep the ventilation slots of the machine clean to prevent overheating of the engine.

Regularly clean the machine housing with a soft cloth, preferably after each use.

Keep the ventilation slots free from dust and dirt.

If the dirt does not come off use a soft cloth moistened with soapy water.

Never  use  solvents  such  as  petrol,  alcohol,  ammonia  water,  etc.  These
solvents may damage the plastic parts.
