6 SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES
Accessories must be rated for at least the speed recommended on the tool warning label.
Wheels and other accessories running over rated speed can fly apart and cause injury.
Hold tool by insulated gripping surfaces when performing an operation where the cutting
tool may contact hidden wiring or its own cord. Contact with a "live" wire will make
exposed metal parts of the tool "live" and shock the operator.
Check the grip pad carefully for cracks, damage or deformity before operation. Replace
cracked, damaged or deformed pad immediately.
Hold the tool firmly.
Keep hands away from rotating parts.
Make sure velcro grip pad and woolen fleece pad or sponge pad are not contacting the
workpiece before the switch is turned on or off.
Do not leave the tool running. Operate the tool only when hand-held.
Do not touch the workpiece immediately after operation; it may be extremely hot and could
burn your skin.
