Maintenance schedule

5.3.1 PowerBoss system mainte-

nance, customer

The following maintenance work must 
be completed by the customer at the in-
tervals stipulated.
It relates to the daily and weekly main-
tenance work.

Fill the fresh water tank (dose the cleaning agent, fill fresh water)

Before or after operation: 

Check the properties of the deflectors to the right and left and repair them or replace the deflector rub-
ber (left and right) as necessary

Check the service brake in terms of its functionality and for signs of leaks; repair as necessary

o

Check the parking brake in terms of its functionality and for signs of leaks; repair as necessary

o

Check the squeegee is clean and for signs of damage; pay special attention that the support rollers run 
smoothly and for foreign bodies, clear as necessary
