9.4 Spark arrestor maintenance.
Every 100 hours maximum, the spark arrestor must be disassembled and cleaned.
CAUTION: If the generator has been used recently, it will be hot. Let the
generator cool down completely, before performing a spark arrestor maintenance.
1. Remove the screws that hold the spark arrestor.
2. Using a brush, clean the dirt carefully.
3. Reinstall the spark arrestor.
In case of any deterioration of the spark arrestor, replace it. Find your nearest
Genergy distributor to purchase a new one.
