OPERATION
The Metal Detector Pinpointer is a precision instrument to
use along with a metal detector. Once the metal detector
has identified a buried object, switch to the pinpointer.
1. Twist the ON/OFF knob (A) to activate the pinpointer.
2. Adjust audio volume with the ON/OFF knob (A).
Start at the midway point and adjust to your
personal preference.
3. Touch the tip of the probe stem (C) to the ground and
slowly move it around the area. An object buried
deeper more than 3/4 in. will not be detected.
4. Loose soil may allow you to insert the probe’s end
into the ground and sift through the dirt. Repeat the
search in this manner.
5. Compact soil will require removal. Do so gently to
avoid damaging the buried item. Repeat the search
and remove additional soil until the item is located.
a. Do not forget to search the soil that is removed
as it may contain the buried item.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
1. Maintain the tool with care. A tool in good condition is
