Distance between rollers: (A)
The distance between the rollers is equally set, left and
right, using the adjustment screw (1). Basic setting: (X)
= 45 mm.

TIP
Due to component tolerances, an irregular roller gap can
occur in the factory despite the standard setting. Check
the evenness of the gap and restore it if necessary. This
ensures a uniform fodder quality.
A minimum gap must be present over the entire roll area.
Conditioning intensity: (A)
The upper roller is moveable and is tensioned left and
right with a spring. The spring tension intensity is always
adjusted using nut (A).

Set swath width: (B)
The swath boards form the cut and conditioned fodder
into the desired swath width. Adjusting the swath board
is carried out identically, left and right, by unscrewing and
adjusting the adjusting screw (B)
