V-belt pulley installation
AEROSEM:
Distance (

) to the triangular bracket (see previous page)
- V-belt pulley is tightened firmly onto the p.t.o. stub using the attachment
screw (72).
The illustrations show the possible V-belt pulley fitting positions (P1,
P2, P, and P4) to the flange coupling.
- Ring (RI) can be fitted in fitting position P5 as well.
- Slide the flange coupling far enough (
0 mm
) onto the p.t.o. section.
ACCORD: Distance (137 mm) to the triangular bracket
- V-belt pulley is tightened firmly onto the p.t.o. stub using the cone
(71).
- Screw in hexagonal screws (SK) with . daNm (kpm).
The illustrations show the possible V-belt pulley fitting positions (P1,
P2, P, and P4) to the flange coupling.
- The distance of 17 mm to the triangular bracket can be achieved in
fitting position P4.
- Slide the flange coupling far
enough (
min. 15 mm
) onto the
p.t.o. section.
