Mode of operation

A narrow swath is formed when using the swath plates while mowing. This avoids driving over the crop with wide tractor tyres.

Possible settings

Working area:

1. You can adjust the height of the swath former by means

of the slotting holes (1).
Optimal setting

Discs are assembled 5-10mm higher than the lower

edge of the mowing plates.

2. The distance to the mowing drum can be adjusted by

means of the screws (2).

3. The inclination of the swath discs can be adjusted by

means of the screws (3). The factory sets the catches
(4) one behind the other as shown in the diagram.
