The last configuration screen sets the runtime limits for the DECI based on the operating mode that the machine
is running in.
The
Run Times Configuration
Screen
maintains the settings for the run times limits based on operating mode.
Manual Mode Run Time Limit
– Sets the maximum amount of runtime (in hours) for any single component
while the machine is in Manual Mode. As shown above, the Manual Mode setting is one hour to mean that no
component (Heater, Pump, Valves, etc.) can run for more than one hour of accumulated time during a manual
mode cycle. Once that limit is reached, the DECI will shut down.
Auto Mode Run Time Limit
– While in Auto Mode, the DECI is operating the machine components based on
the software algorithms and the selected settings. Because of that, the Run Time Limits can be set as a total
amount of run time for a cycle. As shown above, the Auto Mode Run Time Limit is set to 12 hours meaning the
operator cannot set the machine to run a cycle longer than 12 hours.

Noise
Maximum recorded, and corrected noise levels for this equipment was 75.7 db (A), this is the sound pressure
(A-Leq) value and has a +/- 2.5 db(A) expanded uncertainty factor. In addition, the maximum recorded C-Peak
level for this equipment was measured at 80.9 db(C).
Moving the Machine
To properly and safely move the machine from one location to
the next, take the following precautions to ensure successful
transport:
• Turn off power and disconnect the power cord
• Drain the machine completely
• Disconnect all hoses
• Lower the machine onto the wheels using the ratcheting
casters
• Carefully relocate the machine, pushing on the frame as
shown to the right
• Once the machine is relocated, raise the machine off of the
wheels using the ratcheting casters
