Logging into the web application
Two users are available for logging into the web
application:

.
The
C
USTOMER
SERVICE
user is intended for the
qualified electrician who sets up the energy manager.

– Configuring the energy manager for current
consumers
– Prioritising and managing charging processes
if using several chargers
– Enabling functions such as

Add EEBus device
To ensure the energy manager functions correctly,
it is vital to connect it to an EEBus device, such as the
Porsche charger, for example.
If the energy manager and EEBus device are in the
same network, they can be connected to one another.

Select the EEBus device by its name and ID
number (SKI).

Start connection on the charger.

Pay attention to the charger operating
instructions.
Checking function

Using the web application, make sure the energy
manager is functioning correctly. For this purpose,
check that plausible values are shown for power
sources and consumers in the
O
VERVIEW
.
Maintenance
The energy manager is maintenance-free.
To ensure full functionality and reliable operation of
the energy manager, make sure that the latest
software is installed.

Install software updates via the web application.
Malfunctions
e
If the energy manager is malfunctioning,
restart it.
e
If the fault persists, contact a Porsche partner.
Disposing of the Product
Electrical/electronic devices and
batteries can be handed in at a collection
point or waste management facility.

Do not dispose of electrical/electronic devices or
batteries with household waste.
e
Dispose of electrical/electronic devices and
batteries in accordance with the applicable
environmental protection regulations.
e
If you have questions about disposal, contact
a Porsche partner.
