The arrow is pointing toward the side of the vehicle 
on which the filler flap is located.

The fuel gauge displays the contents of the tank 
when the ignition is on.

If the vehicle’s inclination changes (e.g. driving uphill 
or downhill), minor deviations may occur on the fuel 
gauge.

Fuel reserve warning

If an amount less than the model-dependent or fuel 
range remains in the fuel tank, the warning light 
comes on and a warning message regarding the fuel 
range is displayed when the ignition is switched on or 
the engine is running.

Refuel at the next opportunity.

Warning lights

On the speedometer

NOTICE

A lack of fuel can damage the emission control 
system.

Never drive the tank dry.

e

If the warning light has come on or if the fuel 
range warning message appears, do not take 
bends at high speed.

NOTICE

Faults are indicated by the warning lights. The 
relevant warning light goes out only when the cause 
of the fault has been corrected.
Consult an authorized Porsche dealer in the following 
cases:
– The warning light does 

not

 come on briefly when 

the ignition is switched on.

– The warning light comes on or flashes when the 

engine is running or while driving.

Porsche recommends an authorized Porsche dealer, 
as they have trained technicians and the necessary 
parts and tools.

Information

The corresponding warning light only goes out when 
the cause of the fault has been rectified.

Tire pressure warning light
Causes of flashing or continuous light:
– Teach in newly fitted wheels (tire 

pressure sensors) if wheels are not yet 
recognized

– Fault in the Tire Pressure Monitoring 

System (TPMS) or temporary malfunc-
tion.

– Loss of pressure in a tire

In the event of pressure loss: Stop when 
it is safe to do so. Do not continue 
driving.
