5.3.7 Synchronism test

This function is for checking the performance of synchronism relay
Condition: power supply frequency, 50Hz or 60Hz.



Connect wires as above figure shown.



Select the synchronizing test menu as above figure shown.



Set amplitude and phase of voltages from the menu.



Press the

Run

button to output the voltage value, change the phase of voltage, if

the relay trips, record the corresponding phase angle difference.
