A. Troubleshooting
If there is trouble with tester:
1) Check software user manual or online help in software to get the quickest solution.
2) Check if the fault is repeated, and record it.
3) If the power indicator doesn’t light, two possibilities:
No power supply to tester
Tester fuse is broken.
4) Press online operation in software and tip online failure.
Check if the PC has been connected. (Power off or net cable is loose can also
cause this to happen.)
If the IP address in PC is automatically obtained, it will show “Obtaining IP address”.
It will take 2-3 minutes to connect well. It can manually set IP.
In any module, open the Check Device List in Task (see figure 4.5.1), and check
available tester in device list (see figure 4.5.2). If there is a tester available, press
Confirm to connect.
