BODY COMPONENT REMOVAL
SEAT / STORAGE TRAYS
1. Lift rear edge of seat to release the retainer
q

2. Rotate rear of seat upward until the front hinge
w
can be released from the retaining bracket.
FRONT BUMPER / GRILL
1. Unlatch the hood and disconnect the head lamp
harnesses. Remove the two pivot screws retaining
the hood and remove the hood from the bumper.
2. Remove the three bolts
w
from the lower portion of
the bumper.
3. Remove the two fasteners
q
from each side of the
upper portion of the bumper.
4. Carefully remove the bumper from the vehicle.
FOOT PADS / CORNER PANEL / SIDE
PANEL
1. FRONT - Remove the lower T27 Torx-head screws
retaining the foot pads.
2. Remove the two push rivets retaining the front fender
and remove the fender from the vehicle.
3. Repeat this procedure to remove the other front
fender.
4. REAR - Remove the lower T27 Torx-head screws
retaining the foot pads.
5. Remove the three T27 Torx-head screws retaining
the rear panel.
6. Repeat this procedure to remove the other rear
fender.
CARGO BOX REMOVAL
1. Remove the screw

that secures the hinge pin to
the frame on both sides.
