Engagement

Dog (P)

Reverse Shaft

Bearing

Retaining Ring

Input Shaft

33T Gear (R)

Needle

Bearing (Q)

20. Remove the bearing from the reverse shaft using

a bearing puller. Slide the engagement dog (P) off

of the reverse shaft.

21. Remove the retaining ring and washer from the

reverse shaft.

22. Remove the bearing from the input shaft using a

bearing puller.

23. Remove the 33T gear (R) and needle bearing (Q)

from the reverse shaft.

24. The reverse shaft should slide out of the silent

chain (S) to separate the assembly.

25. Remove the rest of the bearings from the shafts.
26. Remove the engagement dog from the reverse

shaft.

27. Remove the gear, split bearing, and washer from

the reverse shaft.
