Press
Delete
to delete all emails in the personal mailbox at once, so you don’t need to
download your mails and delete them one by one.
Import Address Book
Click
Browse
and
Upload
to
import address book to Web Mail
. The address book
file must be created in
.txt
file format, and each record should be entered line by line.
Each record contains only two columns: user name and full email address. Separate
the two columns by “,” without any extra space inserted, for example, April
White,[email protected].
Setting Personal Spam Filter
In case the administrator disables the mail filter function in the administrator’s interface,
you are suggested to click
ON
to enable the
Personal Spam Filter
function.
