System update

This section contains the

Update management

page, where you can update the

eDoc Manager’s system condition.

Update management

On this tab you can view the eDoc Manager system’s current version and enter the

system maintenance mode to update the system.

Version information

The eDoc Manager system’s current version. When contacting technical support, be

sure to give staff your eDoc Manager’s exact version information.

Version update

Click on the

System Maintenance Mode

button to undate the eDoc Manager. When

you activate the maintenance mode, the system will be rebooting, but you cannot

connect to the eDoc Manager.

When the eDoc Manager is in the maintenance mode, the Status column will show

Maintenance mode. You can click on the

Network Setting

button to configure the

network settings.
