3- Overview

3.1

Skype VoIP Gateway Overview

3.1.1 Ports

USB port:

Connect the USB cable to the Skype VoIP Gateway USB port. The other end of the

USB cable must be connected to a USB port on your computer, or to an AC Powered USB hub.
The Skype VoIP Gateway MUST not be connected to a bus powered USB hub.

PHONE Jack:

Connect a standard telephone handset to the Skype VoIP Gateway phone jack

using a telephone cable.

LINE Jack:

Connect a telephone cable between the Skype VoIP Gateway line jack and a wall

jack.

3.2.2 LED Description

Power LED: The LED stays lighted to indicate the system is power on properly.
