Preventative Maintenance

9.1

Operator Maintenance

Operator maintenance is documented in Chapter 6 of the user manual. 

Operator Maintenance Plan

Perform these tasks:

4.23.9 - Clean the Form Roller

4.23.5 - Clean Trim Infeed Conveyors and Trimmings Removal Fingers.

4.23.8 - Clean the Polyurethane Strips in the Form Clamp.

9.2

Technical Maintenance

The recommended service interval is every 12 months. 

In addition, after 1 million staples the staple heads must be replaced.
