Access to machine
Place the machine near the power source, providing clearance as shown.
Ensure that the minimum required floor space is available for the system that you are
about to install (Figure 1).
The optional high capacity Belt Stacker BST4000-1 can be placed either in-line or angled
to the Booklet Making system. The BST4000-1 measures 1730x440 mm / 68x17”.
Approximate floor space requirements / configuration;
• BLM 35/50 + Stacker ~1480 mm / 58.2”.
• BLM 35/50 +FTR50 + Stacker ~ 1840 mm / 72.4”.
• BLM 35/50 + BF50 + FTR50 + Stacker ~ 2200 mm / 86.6”.
• RCT + BLM 35/50 + BF50 + FTR50 + Stacker = 2910 mm / 114.6”.
• RCT + BLM 35/50 + BF50 + FTR50 + BST4000-1 Stacker (straight) = 4430 mm / 174.4”.
• RCT + BLM 35/50 + BF50 + FTR50 + BST4000-1 Stacker (angled) = 3140 mm / 123.6”.
NOTE:
BLM 35/50 Upgrade kit and Cover Feeder Module does not impact floor space
requirements.
