H-6 Planmeca Proline XC X-ray unit

MOTORS

Technical Manual

Changing motor to gear

Slack the stop screw of the rubber clutch

Remove the nuts going trough the rubber plate (4 pcs)

Remove the motor.

Detach the rubber clutch from the motor axle.

2.3 Cassette motor/gear

Remove the outer secondary collimator and back cover of the cassette head.

Remove the loading spring of the cassette motor.

Remove the connector.

Remove the attaching screw of the cassette motors attaching shaft.

Remove the motor.

Remove the spring nipple and attaching axle with bearings.

2.4 Positioning motors

Remove the cover of lower shelf.

Remove all the connectors.

Remove the handles.

Remove the attaching bolts of the positioning mechanism.

Remove the attaching mechanism.

Patient positioning mechanism motor

Remove the panduit beside the patient positioning mechanism motor

Remove the patient positioning mechanism motor with rubber plate.

Remove the rubber plate and cogged wheel from the motor.

Temple rest motor

Remove all the panduits

Remove the PCB.

Unscrew the motor axle out of the nut.

Unscrew two screws from the plate

Remove the motor.

Remove the shaft.
