Standalone AP
In the
Standalone AP mode
, the AP acts as an individual AP in the
network, and you manage it by using the Administrator Web User
Interface (UI), or SNMP.
Managed AP
In the
Managed AP mode
, the AP is part of the PLANET Wireless AP
controller System, and you manage it by using the WAPC Wireless
Switch.
AP Controller IP Address
IP address of the AP Controller. (Default =
0.0.0.0
)
The default IP address of the PLANET AP Controller is “
192.168.1.100
”.
Entering “
0.0.0.0
” means all AP controllers in the same network segment
are able to manage this AP.
Step 3.
Connect the WDAP-C7200AC, Wireless AP Controller and your computer to the same network.

Step 4.
To access the AP controller, open a web browser and enter the default IP address
the web address field of the browser.
