Appendix A:  Door Phone SIP Configuration 

Please refer to the following steps to configure door phone. 
Make sure you have already finished hardware and utility installation. 
 

Step 1. 

Go to “System”>”Network”, Select Static IP and fill out your static IP. 

 

Step 2. 

Go to “Service”>”SIP” 

a.  Tick Qualia Server for receiving notification on Cloud 

Bell App when there is a visitor pressing the call button 
on the door phone. 

b.  Key-in IP address of control pad in Dial Button.
