User’s Manual of FGSW-1816HPS

When firmware upgrade process is completed then the following screen appears, please press the

“continue”

button and

wait for system reboot. After device reboot then can use the latest firmware of the PoE Web Smart Ethernet Switch.

1. Recommend to use IE 8.0 or FireFox browser tools for firmware upgrade process.

2. Firmware upgrade needs several minutes. Please wait a while, and don’t power off

the PoE Web Smart Ethernet Switch until the update progress is complete.

4.2.6 Reboot

The

Reboot

page enables the device to be rebooted from a remote location. Once the Confirm button is pressed, user has to

re-login the Web interface about 60 seconds later. The Reboot Switch screen in

Figure 4-2-12

appears and click to reboot the

system.

4.2.7 NTP Setting

NTP

is an acronym for

Network Time Protocol

, a network protocol for synchronizing the clocks of computer systems. You can

specify NTP servers and set GMT time zone. The NTP configuration screens in
