4.2.5 Ignition of a gas burner

An improperly ignited gas burner can cause serious injury to persons or
animals or damage to your property. The manufacturer cannot be held
responsible for such injury or damage.

Any damage caused by an improperly ignited gas burner
is not subject to the guarantee!

OW TO IGNITE A GAS BURNER
1.
Press the « I
GNITE
BURNER
» -
BUTTON
on the control panel while turning
the rotary knob of the desired gas burner in
anticlockwise direction
to the
minimum level

SIMULTANEOUSLY
(s. fig. below).
Fig. similar: modifications are possible.

The gas burner ignites electronically and the flame should burn burns steadily and
evenly at the minimum level.
3.
You can now use the corresponding rotary knob to set the desired flame size (=
power setting) of the gas burner: turn the rotary knob to the minimum level, to
the maximum level or you can regulate the flame size within the setting range
between the minimum and maximum level (see also chapter 4.2.3 R
OTARY KNOBS
OF THE GAS BURNERS
).
4.
After cooking, turn the corresponding rotary knob to position O
FF

immediately to switch off the respective gas burner.
