4. Select and drag the control button to adjust the brightness or contrast. Use the + and - buttons
for a more precise selection.
Calibrating the touchscreen
You may need to calibrate the touchscreen if you find it does not respond to touch commands.
1. Select
Settings
under Mailing on the Home screen.
2. Select
Personal
from the list on the left side of the screen.
3. Select
Touchscreen
.
4. Select
Calibrate
.
5. Perform the calibration steps on the screen:
l
10 inch display:
Touch the center of each plus sign (+) as it appears. When finished, select
OK to save the calibration.
l
15 inch display:
Touch and hold each plus sign (+) as it is highlighted.
6. Select the
Home
button to return to the Home screen.
Application settings
The Application settings allow you to enable tracking services prompts while running mail and to enter
or edit the USPS® Mailer ID.
To access these options, select the
Settings
button in the Mailing tile on the Home screen and then
select
Applications
.
Enabling tracking services prompts
Use this option to enable tracking service prompts while running mail. You can enable the following
prompts: Apply label, Enter customer reference, Print receipt, and Upload records.
1. Select
Settings
under Mailing on the Home screen.
2. Select
Applications
from the list on the left side of the screen.
3. Select
Tracking Services
.
4. Select the tracking services prompts you want to appear while running mail. A check mark
indicates that a prompt is selected.
5. Select the
Home
button to return to the Home screen.
