Clearing Material Jams in the Carriage Assembly

If the

Clear Deck

function doesn't clear the jam, follow these steps to physically clear the jam.

1. Remove the insert feeder.

2. Remove fold plate 2.

3. Pull out the carriage assembly.

4. Remove the jammed material. If necessary,

use the manual advance knob

to move the material

forward.

5. Reinstall the carriage assembly.
