3 Press the ENTER button to save the track number.
4 Repeat steps 2 - 3 for other tracks. Up to 32 tracks can
be programmed. If you make a mistake, the
programmed tracks can be cleared by pressing the
CLEAR button.
5 Press the / ( ) button to start playback.
Programmed play (MP3/WMA)
1 Whilst in the stop mode, press the PLAY MODE button
until ‘PROGRAM’ appears to enter the programming
save mode.
Eve r y time you pr ess the PLAY MODE button, the p layback
mode changes.
2 Press the or , or numeric buttons on the
remote control to select the desired folder.
Then pr ess the o r button o r nume r ic buttons on the
r emote cont r ol to select the desi r ed t r acks.
3 Press the ENTER button to save the folder and track
number.
4 Repeat steps 2 - 3 for other folder/tracks. Up to 32 tracks
can be programmed.
5 Press the / ( ) button to start playback.
Adding tracks to the programme:
Sto p the p laying mode, then follow ste p s 2 - 3 to add t r acks.
The new t r acks will be sto r ed afte r the last t r ack of the
pr evious pr og r amme.
To cancel the programmed play mode:
Du r ing pr og r ammed sto p mode, pr ess the button. P r ess
the PLAY MODE button to select the basic p lay mode, and all
the pr og r ammed contents will be clea r ed.
Displaying disc information:
P r ess CD DISP r e p eatedly to change to the dis p lay of the
ela p sed p layback time and the r emaining p layback time of
the CD.

WMA disc is p laying. P r ess DISPLAY .
Note
• When a disc is ejected, the pr og r amme is automatically
cancelled.
• If you pr ess the STANDBY/ON button to ente r the stand-
by mode o r change the function f r om
CD
to anothe r , the
pr og r ammed selections will be clea r ed.
• Du r ing the pr og r amme o p e r ation, shuffle p lay is not
p ossible.
• The cont r ol buttons to change dis p lays diffe r between the
discs: fo r CD,
CD DISP
is used; fo r MP3/WMA disc,
DISPLAY is used.
MP3/WMA folder mode (only for MP3/WMA
files)
To play back MP3/WMA (Windows Media Audio) file
The r e a r e many music sites on the inte r net that you can
download MP3/WMA (Windows Media Audio) music files.
Follow the inst
r uctions f r om the website on how to download
the music files. You can then p lay back these downloaded
music files by bu r ning them to a CD-R/RW disc.
• You r downloaded song/files a r e fo r p e r sonal use only. Any
othe r usage of the song without owne r ’s p e r mission, is
against the law.
About folder playback order
If MP3/WMA files a r e r eco r ded in seve r al folde r s, a folde r
numbe r will be set to each folde r automatically.

These folde r s can be selected by the /- button on
the r emote cont r ol. If the r e is no su pp o r ted file fo r mats inside
the selected folde r , the folde r is ski pp ed and the next folde r
will be selected.

1 ROOT folder is set as folder 1.
2 Playback will be in the order of the diagram below.
3 For CD MP3/WMA, 255 numbers of folders and files
inclusive of the folders which have non playable files
can be read.
