If the pr oblem is not solved afte r the t r oubleshooting above, if the sc r een f r eezes unex p ectedly o r if the buttons on the

STANDBY/ON
on the f r ont p anel to tu r n off the p owe r , then tu r n the p owe r back on.
• If the p owe r cannot be tu r ned off, pr ess and hold 
STANDBY/ON
on the f r ont p anel fo r ove r 10 seconds. The
p owe r will tu r n off. (In this case, the va r ious settings made on the r eceive r may be clea r ed.)

The SIRIUS antenna is not pr o p e r ly
connected.
Check that the antenna cable is attached secu r ely.
Check Sirius Tuner The Si r iusConnect™ tune r is not pr o p e r ly
connected.
Check that the 8 p in mini DIN cable and AC Ada p te r a r e
attached secu r ely.
Acquiring Signal The SIRIUS signal is too weak at the cu rr ent
location.
Check fo r antenna obst r uctions and r e p osition the
SIRIUS antenna to get bette r signal r ece p tion. Use the
Antenna Aiming o p tion to o p timize the antenna p osition.
Subscription Updating Unit is u p dating subsc r i p tion. Wait until the channel subsc r i p tion has been u p dated.
Updating Channels Unit is u p dating the channel info r mation. Wait until the channel info r mation has been u p dated.
Invalid Channel Selected channel is not available/does not
exist. Select anothe r channel.
Firmware Updating The Si r iusConnect™ tune r ’s fi r mwa r e is
being u p dated.
Wait fo r u p dating to finish.
