AUTO CUE FUNCTION
When a t r ack is fi r st loaded o r t r ack sea r ch is p e r fo r med, this
function automatically sets a cue p oint immediately befo r e the
p oint that music begins, and then sets the p laye r to cue standby at
that p oint.
Turning Auto Cue ON/OFF
• The auto cue function can be tu r ned ON/OFF by holding the
TIME/A.CUE
button de pr essed fo r one second o r mo r e.
• The auto cue function is ON when the [ A.CUE ] indicato r is
lighted in the dis p lay.
• The status of the A.CUE function r emains the same even when
p owe r is tu r ned OFF.
• The auto cue level can be changed if desi r ed.
Changing the Auto Cue Level
1 Hold the TIME/A.CUE button depressed for five seconds or
more.
The dis p lay will show [ –60db ] (in default condition).
2 Press the PITCH BEND (+, –) buttons to change the value.
• The level can be set to one of the following values:
–36 dB, –42 dB, –48 dB, –54 dB, –60 dB, –66 dB, –72 dB,
–78 dB.
• To cancel the auto cue adjust mode, eithe r pr ess the TIME/
A.CUE
button, o r wait 15 seconds, and it will be
automatically canceled.
• The selected level is pr ese r ved even when p owe r is tu r ned
OFF.
• The auto cue level can also be changed f r om within the
UTILITY sc r een.
