Making an audio recording
You can make an audio r eco r ding f r om any
audio sou r ce connected to the r eceive r .
1 Select the source you want to record.
Use the in p ut select buttons (
INPUT
SELECTOR
).
2 Prepare the source you want to record.
Tune to the r adio station, load the CD, set u p
the tu r ntable, etc.
3 Prepare the recorder.
Inse r t a blank ta p e, MD, etc. into the r eco r ding
device and set the r eco r ding levels.

r eco r de r if you a r e unsu r e how to do this.
4 Start recording, then start playback of the
source component.
Note
1 The r eceive r ’s volume, balance and tone cont r ols have no effect on the r eco r ded signal.
