 Deleting the program

Select the program number you want to delete,
then press CLEAR.
• To delete all the pr og r ams, pr ess RETURN .
Note
• When you use audio CDs fo r P r og r ammed Play, ente r
the t r ack numbe r in ste p 3.
• This function does not wo r k with BDs.
Making bookmarks
You can make bookma r ks on the video cu rr ently p laying
and p lay back the scene late r .

During playback, press BOOKMARK.
• The bookma r k is made.
• Maximum numbe r of bookma r ks a r e 12.

Playing the bookmarked scene
1 Press and hold BOOKMARK for a few seconds.
• The list of bookma r ks is dis p layed.
2 Select the bookmark you want to play.
Use  /  to select, then pr ess ENTER .
 Deleting the bookmark

Select the bookmark you want to delete, then
press CLEAR.
• Bookma r ks may not be allowed to make fo r some
discs.
• Bookma r ks a r e canceled in the following cases:
– When the p laye r ’s p owe r tu r ned off.
– When the disc t r ay is o p ened.
Zoom

During playback, press ZOOM.
• Each time you pr ess ZOOM , the zoom level changes
as shown below.

Playing photos as slideshows
This function p lays the p hotos, switching them
automatically.

During playback, press INDEX.
• Dis p lay the thumbnail of image files. The maximum
numbe r is 12 at once.
• If you select one of the image and pr ess ENTER ,
slideshow will sta r t f r om the image you selected.
 Rotating/inverting photos
When a slideshow is p laying o r p aused, the dis p lay
switches as shown below when the

Switching the camera angles
Fo r BD-ROM and DVD-Video discs on which multi p le
angles a r e r eco r ded, the angles can be switched du r ing
p layback.

During playback, press ANGLE.
• The cu rr ent angle and total numbe r of r eco r ded
angles a r e dis p layed on the TV sc r een.
To switch the angles, pr ess ANGLE again.
• The angles can also be switched by selecting Angle
f r om the FUNCTION menu.
• If the angles a r e not switched when ANGLE is
pr essed, switch them f r om the disc menu sc r een.
Switching the subtitles
Fo r discs o r files on which multi p le subtitles a r e r eco r ded,
the subtitles can be switched du r ing p layback.
Caution
• The subtitles cannot be switched fo r discs r eco r ded
by a DVD o r BD r eco r de r . Also r efe r to the o p e r ating
inst r uctions fo r the device used fo r r eco r ding.

During playback, press SUBTITLE.
• The cu rr ent subtitle and total numbe r of r eco r ded
subtitles a r e dis p layed on the TV sc r een.
To switch the subtitle, pr ess SUBTITLE again.
• The subtitles can also be switched by selecting
Subtitle f r om the FUNCTION menu.
• If the subtitles a r e not switched when SUBTITLE is
pr essed, switch them f r om the disc menu sc r een.
 Turning the subtitles off

Press SUBTITLE several times or select Subtitle
from the FUNCTION menu to switch the setting to
Off.
