manually control the state of the laser sensor. Details on the current dark light reading
for error checking on the sensor can also be viewed. If the sensor detects a higher
voltage value when the laser is on, the sampling process is cancelled, and sensor status
will switch to unhealthy (bStatus ON).

fCurrent on the SENSOR STATUS page shows the current consumption of the chamber
sensor during the last cycle. fCurrent should be within the range of fCurrentLow (100)
and fCurrentHigh (250). If fCurrent is outside the range of setpoints, wait for two more
cycles to complete to see if the problem is persistent as the error may resolve itself
automatically.
After a cycle is complete, check the iDarkLightReading is <205. If it is higher than 205
it will show an unhealthy reading of sensor shown as bStatus ON. To resolve this issue,
first check the connection of DPM amplifier board. Secondly, check the Amplifier board
by consulting the expected Amplifier readings (Table 9) for various on and off modes of
the Amplifier, Sensor and Laser. The Amplifier, Sensor and Laser should be turned on
and off manually with the system in standby mode as per Section 11.3.
