3.10 X/Z REPORT MODE
Press [Set Cashier] key---Choose “X Report” or “Z Report” and press [CASH] key to enter.
Or press [SHIFT] +[REPORT], and input manager number and password and [CASH] key to print
report.
X REPORT
Choose “X REPORT” and press [CASH] key to print all of the following reports for check out. And the
data will not be cleared.
Press [Set Cashier] key---Choose “X Report” and press [CASH] key, and input manager number and
password according to the prompts to enter. The report tables are as following:
Select the item you want and press [CASH] key to print the report.
Z REPORT
Z REPORT operation will print the “X DAILY REPORT” form the report table, and the daily sales data
will be cleared, after clear data, the cashier will log out automatically. The print operation is the same
with the operation of “X REPORT”.
Note:
1) Press “Set/Cahier” key---“SET”---“SET CLEAR REPORT/ SET CLEAR REPORT PRINT” for set
report option.
2) PLU REPORT should be cleared regularly, because the default PLU interval is 3000, the exceed PLU
sale will be affected.
4 Basic Set
4.1 Transition between Training Mode and User Mode
Training Mode: Press key [Set Cashier]---“SYSTEM SET” item---select “CHANGE TO
TRAINING MODE” and press [CASH] key--- input manager number and password---press [CASH] to
enter into training mode.
User Mode: Press key [Set Cashier] ---“SYSTEM SET” item---select “CHANGE TO USER
MODE” and press [CASH] key--- input manager number and password---press [CASH] to enter into
user mode.
The sales operation under training mode will be cleared automatically, and will not influence the
daily sales operation. If you want to exit the training mode, press the defined “Other Function” key and
