J10, J11 P4.0 and P4.1 as 2

Serial Interface
Jumpers J10 and J11 connect the controller ports P4.0 and P4.1 to
either the on-board RS-232 or RS-485 transceiver. Optionally,
P4.0/RxD1 and P4.1/TxD1 can be used as standard I/O at pins X1D12
and X1D13 of the phyCORE-connector. This requires opening
Jumpers J10 and J11.
The following configurations are possible:

J12, J13 Pins X1F13 / X1E14 Configuration
Jumpers J12 and J13 determine if the signals from the on-board
RS-232 or RS-485 extend to the phyCORE-connector pins X1F13 and
X1E14.
