When VIN is not present and LICELL pin has a valid voltage, the device is placed into a Coin-cell state. In such state, only VSNVS remains On  

  (if programmed to do so by the OTP_VSNVSVOTL[1:0] bits) and is expected to provide power to the SNVS domain on the MCU as long as the LICELL   
  pin has a valid input suitable to supply the configured VSNVS output voltage.
