To add your signature to your outgoing
messages,

On the screen of mail list, press and
select [More] > [Settings] .

To edit your signature,
In • [Settings] , select [General
settings] > [Signature] .

To use the signature,
In • [Settings] > [General settings] , tap
the tick box next to [Use signature] .
If the function is enabled, the tick

Organize email messages
To move current message to a folder,

When you read the message, press
and select [More] > [Move] .
The list of folders is displayed.

To delete current message,

and select [Delete] .
To delete the selected messages,

boxes next to the messages.
The tick boxes are selected.
