Ensure the subtitle fi le and movie fi le have •
identical fi lenames. If the fi le name of the
movie is ‘Movie.avi’, then name the text fi le to

For (self-created) DivX video discs with

external subtitles, only the fi rst subtitle fi le is
displayed.

Select a suitable digital output setting if you
have connected an audio/video device to the
coaxial out jack on the digital receiver.
• [PCM] : if the COAXIAL jack is connected
to an audio/video device which cannot
decode multichannel audio.
The menu provides options to adjust disc play
settings:

Selects the menu language.
[Audio]
Selects the audio language.
[Subtitle] Selects the subtitle language.
[DivX Subtitle]
Selects the DivX subtitle
language.

If the selected language is not available on the

disc, the default disc language will be used
instead.
For some DVDs, the language can only be

changed through the DVD disc menu.

Selects the default audio language for DVDs.

Selects the default subtitle language for DVDs.
[DivX Subtitle]
Select a character set that supports the DivX
subtitle. (For DivX
fi les on disc and USB only).
The subtitle options are:
