DDC Data Re-programming
Analog DDC IC, & EEPROM
Additional information
In case the DDC data memory IC or main EE PROM w hich storage all
factory settings w ere replaced due to a defect, the serial numbers ha v e
to be re-programmed " " .
It is ad v ised to re-soldered DDC IC and main EE PROM from the old
board onto the ne w board if circuit board ha v e been replaced, in this
case the DDC data does not need to be re-programmed.
Additional information about DDC (Display Data Channel) may be
obtained from Video
E lectronics Standards Association (V E SA). Ex tended
Display Identification Data( E DID) information may be also obtained from
V E SA.
