Why is the touch function not
available when I touch the dis-
play?
Ans.: Please ensure the supplied USB
cable is connected between your
computer and the display prop-
erly.
Q2:
Does the touch function only ex-
ist on the Windows 10 OS?
Ans.: The touch function works only
on OS and applications which
support touch functions.
Q3:
Why my touch function is very
slow?
Ans.: The touch function response
is dependent on the speed of
your computer configuration.
For example, your devise must
be either Windows or Android
certified listed on the specifica-
tion page to ensure minimum
requirement for touch function in
order to maximize Touch utility.
Q4: Why my touch response is not
smooth enough?
Ans.: You may need to clean the
glass surface of the display with
proper screen cleaning material
from time to time, as the glass
tends to pick up dirt from your
fingers. Please keep your hands
clean and dry before touching
the screen to ensure fluid touch
operation.
