3 Product description
3.1 Function
The diaphragm pump is a dry compressing vacuum pump with 3 pumping stages. This vacuum pump is
a positive displacement pump with a periodic change in suction chamber size, produced by the move-
ment of the diaphragm. The gas flow causes the valves to open and close automatically. The pump
units are directly connected to the drive motor.
