Balance wheel
●
The needle bar is adjusted manually by
turning the balance wheel 1 in the
direction of the arrow.
●
If the stop button for stitch length
adjustment is pressed at the same time,
by turning balance wheel 1 the stitch
length is altered, see also Chapter 7.06

Sewing foot retracting lever
●
After pressing lever 1 , the sewing foot 2
can be retracted.
Before retracing the sewing
foot, raise the needle bar to its
highest position by turning the
balance wheel.
