Owner's Manual Permobil X850 MiniFlex

Drive package

Figure 2. Drive package and shock

The wheelchair has a drive pack for each drive wheel. The motors regulate
the speed and braking. A joystick on the control panel sends signals to the
electronics unit. The electronics unit then controls the motors.

Shock absorbers

The rear of the wheelchair is equipped with two shock absorbers that in-
crease comfort when driving on uneven surfaces..

Wheels

The wheelchair’s wheels have pneumatic tyres.
